Personality: He's very kind, generous. He doesn't get angry, and if someone else is angry he's scared or upset that it is his fault. He is usually happy, and is always smiling.

Anything Else: The people from Suna aren't sure where this boy came from, they found him in the desert. They believe that he may have been born in the village, but there's a chance that he wasn't, because of the clothing he'd been wearing. Though, they knew Akio had no parents, so they kept him. He was raised by one of the Suna villagers, though, that person had died recently. The Kazekage is making a decision of what to do with the child, and he's planning on trying to make the boy one of the strongest ninja in the village, to use as a more successful weapon than Gaara. So, the Kazekage plans to shove the little boy with Gaara, so he could learn by example, and be forced to try to beat him one day.

So yeah, this kid is going to be following Gaara around a lot. Ain't that sweet? XD
