Sarutobi had noticed the malice and ambition in his snakey eyes even when he was just a genin. But the Hokage believed he could change Orochimaru as he saw much potential in him. It was a failed investment. Not only did Orochimaru grow up to be a twisted crazed psychopath, he also ultimately killed his teacher.

Hey, are we gonna make it so Orochimaru command's the sound village like in the manga or are we changing that??
