Tobi's fails; the last place that will hire him

Gaara had eyed Tobi and his wallet, but didn't see anything too special from what angle he was at, so he kept his arms crossed and turned his head again, his back still to the table.

Before Naruto started on his own, he picked up Gaara's bowl, turned towards him and held it under his nose, picking up and dropping the noodles. "Doesn't that smell great, Gaara-kun? And it looks yummy too. Growing boys need there ramen and by the looks of it, you need a lot of growing. C'mon, one bowl for your good ole' pal Naruto?"

He gave no reaction, other than a brief look towards Naruto. "No. And if your worried about me growing, I'm fine. Maybe you should worry about your height and eat mine for me, because by the looks of it, your not getting much taller."

An anime vein popped out of his head but he kept on smiling, grinding his teeth. "Aw, c'mon, you haven't even tried it! I'd like to be here with you when you experience the wonders of Ichiraku! And it would just make my day if you would. Besides, what's holding you back, you on some diet? Think you're too fat, piggy? Aren't fitting into your jeans these days, butterball?"

"Heh.. no, actually. I don't eat much in gerneral, and I'm not fat like Kankuro. So, maybe you should take you and your ramen and go bug Kankuro about his diet and how hes not fitting into his 'jeans'." He stared at the ceiling, slightly bored of the place. The stench of curry chicken was still in his nose, and he held back a sneeze.

That was it. Naruto grabbed the back of Gaara's head, shoved it into the ramen bowl, and tipped them both over backwards, causing ramen to explode into Gaara's face. Acting like nothing happened, Naruto then faced the counter and started eating his own ramen with glee.

Blessed with curry chicken ramen shoving up his nose and down his wind-pipe, Gaara brought himself back up and into a hunched position, beginning to cough his face off. His breathing came in short gasps, and he covered his mouth with his hand. He attempted to speak between coughs. "Way... t..to f-f..feed.. so-..some.. one.. doofus.."

He was sent into a choking spasm, coughing up a noodle that had found it's way down his wind-pipe. Now, suddenly extremely pissed, he got up, still choking, and left the shop. And yes, his gourd is still there. And yes, he's soaked and covered with ramen stuff.

Naruto's head popped up and he stared wide-eyed at the seat Gaara had just been in. He blinked a few times before realizing, yes, Gaara was gone. And that made him so sad he thought he was about to cry, but then realized that a perfectly good bowl of ramen was wasted on someone who wasn't even gonna stay and was in a bad mood anyway. Naruto slouched in his chair, depressed and unwilling to eat.

Then he had a great idea, he'd bring Gaara the rest of his ramen to try again AND his gourd all in one go. So he picked up the massive sand backpack, swung it over his shoulder, stole the ramen and the bowls and raced off to find Gaara.
